Natürlich HELL provides 13 apartments up to 96 m², suitable for 2 to 8 people. These apartments include baby equipment and spa bags. Garden lodges offer 55 m² of space for up to 5 people, featuring wooden, low-energy construction, private gardens, and terraces. Each lodge contains one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double and single bed, an entrance area with a wardrobe, and floor heating. Bathrooms have two sinks, a hairdryer, a make-up mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Lodges are equipped with SAT TV, radio, telephone, free WLAN, and a safe. Covered terraces include seating and loungers, while living rooms/kitchens have dishwashers, pod coffee makers, electric kettles, toasters, microwaves, stoves, extractor fans, refrigerators, and dishes. There are also almost 200 campsites from 70 to 120 m².

The breakfast room at Natürlich HELL features natural light and mountain views. Breakfast includes organic options such as homemade jams, ham, and sausage from the neighboring butcher. A mini-market, "Brot & Co", is available on-site, open daily from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, offering baked goods, food, toiletries, and espresso. A restaurant is available where guests can enjoy traditional specialties and international dishes, with the option to order meals for enjoyment in apartments or campers.

Natürlich HELL is located at the entrance of the Zillertal, 50 km from Kranebitten. It is near the Zillertal bike path. The mountains in the Zillertal and on the Achensee provide climbing routes and high ropes courses. The property is a starting point for tours and is near the Goglhof on the Fügenberg. The Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen is nearby. A ski bus stops in front of the location for transport to the Spieljoch ski area. The Jenbach express train station connects to the Zillertalbahn, with pick-up service available from the Schlitters stop.

Natürlich HELL offers a mini-market, "Brot & Co," with necessities. The property provides childcare for children ages 0-7 by the hour or half and full days via the guest kindergarten and Zwergelclub.
